99Living Boys Paying Guest House offers PG Accommodation / Paying Guest Facility only for Students / Intern boys of age group around 15-30 years in , Noida ,

General Rules & Regulations:

1. Our's is a no smoking, no drinking, no paan, no gutka, no chewing gum, no gambling, no playing cards, no gaming, no singing & no drugs zone and we expect all PGs to abide the same. If anyone is found breaking the rules then, we would ask him to vacate our premises. We keep duplicate keys of all places and authorised to do random search anytime. We are also authorised to open room for cleaning, maintenance or to show room to new PGs anytime.

2. We prepare and serve vegetarian food only.

3. We offer quiet, clean and peaceful environment and expect the same to be maintained by PGs.

4. If the PGs want to listen any audio on their phone / laptop then they need to use their headphones or earphones.

5. The night time after 11.00 PM are quite hours and no noises are to be made after that time.

6. The doors generally close at 9.00 PM. If any PGs are coming late occasionally then, they need to inform us in prior.

7. We are always open to offer stay and food, as agreed at the time of booking. However if any PGs cancels their booking, leaving or vacating early in between the month for any personal reasons, who are staying either on daily or monthly basis then, the amount paid for rent and food is neither refundable nor adjustable.

8. Food & water is served on self service basis only.

9. If any PGs are coming late for food or do not want to take food on any day for any personal reasons then they need to inform us in prior.

10. We expect the full monthly payment to be made in advance and ontime installments thereafter. Full payment need to be cleared maximum within 24-48 hours after receiving the monthly bill by respective PGs. If the PGs feel that they are unable to make future monthly installments ontime then, we advise them to deposit one month extra payment in advance as security deposit at the time of booking which can cater for any delayed payment and would be adjustable / refundable without any interest at the end.

11. We offer all things in new working condition and expect the same to be handed over by PGs in same condition during check-out.

12. Any damage to the PG property by the PGs is to be borne by them.

13. We offer clean environment and expect the same to be maintained by the PGs. The rooms are provided in clean condition to the PGs at the time of arrival and they are expected to keep the same in clean condition during their stay uptill their check-out via self service. We provide all the material required to keep the room clean. The outside common area cleaning is done by us every week. We also arrange for room cleaning from our side sometimes at our discretion and as per cleaner's availability.

14. Electricity charges are to be paid as per meter after equal division or lumpsum as agreed.

15. If the PGs staying on monthly basis need to stay some extra days after expiry of monthly period then, they need to pay its amount in advance along with previous month rent or else the full month rent amount is to be payable which will be neither refundable nor adjustable irrespective of number of staying days or the extra days rent will be charged on common daily basis rent of Rs.500/- per day for sharing basis and Rs.750/- per day for single room occupancy. The PGs staying on monthly basis also need to inform about their departure one week in prior so that we can take another booking meantime.

16. The check-out time is 12.00 P.M. noon thereafter another day rent is liable to be charged.

17. The use of loud, shouting and / or abusing language is prohibited.

18. Utensils are to be returned after cleaning with the water.

19. The PGs are themselves responsible for the security of their belongings and vehicles.

20. The PGs are required to do police verification as per police guidelines, submit their ID copy to us and to show its original in local police station, whenever asked.

21. The relatives, friends and visitors are not allowed to stay or visit in the rooms of PGs during their stay. They can meet them outside or in drawing room for short duration with our permission.

22. The PGs can be relocated to any other room with their consent for better harmony between similar studies students or interns who are living in a sharing room.

23. The PGs are requested to avoid sitting, keeping their personal items and garbage in common area.

24. The PGs are required for not to sit in other student's room and obstruct their study.
